27 October 1828  Dabney MILLER and Betsey MILLER his wife of the County of Spencer and 
Commonwealth of Kentucky to Thomas NEWMAN of the County and State aforesaid... for and in 
consideration of the sum of thirty three dollars to them in hand paid do give grant bargain and sell a 
certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the County of Spencer, Commonwealth of 
Kentucky Containing Sixty Six acres on Big Beech Creek and bounded by the corner of John PHILIPS, and 
Dabney MILLER.
