Elizabeth his wife, Francis CARRITHURS and Ruth his wife, Robert ROBINSON and 
Abigail his wife, Huch CONAWAY and  (   )  (left blank)  his wife all legal 
heirs and representatives of John MILLER dec’d of the one part to Greenberry 
GRIFFIN of the other part... for and in consideration of the sum of thirty 
dollars in hand paid do grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of 
land lying in Spencer County on the east fork of Coxes Creek.
