Subject: Deed: RARIDEN, DAVIS, CUSHMAN, NORRIS

12 November 1840  Spencer County Deed Book E p. 324  Stewart RAREDIN and Mary 
Jane his wife of the County of Green and State of Indiana to Thomas D. DAVIS 
of the County of Jefferson and Commonwealth of Kentucky for and in 
consideration of the sum of ten dollars  in hand paid hath granted bargained 
and sold one fourth part of thirty three and one third acres of land being 
the part laid of as Dower to Elizabeth VEECH now Elizabeth DAVIS and wife to 
the said Thomas D. DAVIS in a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being 
in the County of Spencer and state of Kentucky.
