DAVIS of the County of Jefferson and Commonwealth of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars in hand paid hath granted bargained and sold one fourth part of thirty three and one third acres of land being the part laid of as Dower to Elizabeth VEECH now Elizabeth DAVIS and wife to the said Thomas D.
