7 Jun 1825 Spencer Co. Deed Book A p. 160 William RUSSELL of the County of 
Spencer and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part to Prestly BRIDWELL of the 
same County of the other part... that for and in consideration of the sum of 
Eight hundred Dollars to him in hand paid does give grant bargain and sell a 
certain tract or parcel of land being in the County of Spencer adjoining John 
P. HARRISON’s land (formerly ownded by James (?) WHITE (land description is 
damaged and unreadable).
