19 Jan 1825  Spencer Co. Deed Book A p. 122  Henry SHIVELY and Mary his wife of 
the one part and John HENRY of the other part all of the State of Kentucky, 
County of Spencer... for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand 
dollars in Gold or Silver to them in hand paid do grant bargain, sell and 
convey a piece of parcel of land laying on Brashears Creek containing two 
hundred acres of Land which is bounded as follows:  Beginning at four Beeches 
corner of Jacob SHIVELY...
