2 Aug 1824  Spencer Co. Deed Book A p. 30  Eleazer GIVENS and Mary his wife and Robert ROBERTSON 
and Louisa his wife of Hopkins Co. Kentucky to Thomas TUCKER of Shelby Co. Kentucky.  Whereas the 
above named Eleazar GIVENS and Robert ROBERTSON in conjunction with Laurence and John GIVENS 
heretofore on the 18 Sep 1817 Sold a Tract of 258 1/2 acres bounded by ROBERTSON’s line ... for which 
tract of land the said Thomas TUCKER pays one thousand one hundred and Eighty Eight Dollars which was 
to be paid in four payments ... when the said payments was made the said TUCKER was to receive a Title 
for said land with Covenant of General Warranty and whereas Samuel GIVENS and John GIVENS in Feb 
1818 prior to the last payment being made departed this life without a making a title the said land since 
which TUCKER hath paid the purchase money herefor requested therof requested title wherein the said 
Eleazer GIVENS and Mary Eveline his wife and Robert ROBERTSON and Louisa his wife have granted 
bargained and sold their right, title and interest.
