10 Oct 1825 Spencer Co. KY Deed Book A p. 226  Eames TUCKER and Sally his wife of the County of 
Nelson and State of Kentucky of the one part to Jeremiah JACOBS of Spencer County and state 
aforesaid ... for and in consideration of the sum of two  hundred and Twenty five Dollars to him in hand 
paid  have granted bargained and sold a (amount of land is too faint to read) on Simpsons Creek.
