Deed Book D p. 387 William TUCKER and Anna his wife of Spencer County and State of Kentucky of the one part to John KESTER of the other part of the same County and State. Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of one thousand two hundred and nienty three dollars in hand paid do sell deliver and convey to the said KESTER a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county and State aforesaid containing fifty one acres two roods and thirty three poles.
