KY Deed Book D p. 243 Hezekiah TUCKER and Mary his wife of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky of the first part to Peter STOUT Senr. of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and Sixty Dollars and Sixty two and a half cents to them in hand paid have given granted bargained and sold a certain Tract or parcel of Land Situated lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Elk Creek in Robertson’s Survey containing Seventeen Acres and one quarter and Twenty poles.
