Deed Book D p. 54 Elijah TUCKER and Sarah his wife of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky of the one part to James TICHENER of the County and State aforesaid... that for and in Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred and Twenty to them in hand paid have granted bargained and sold One certain Tract or parcel of land lying and being in Spencer County being part of that belonging to Edwd (I think is damaged here) STONE Dec’d and bounded by TICHENOR’s line containing thirty six acres one quarter and five poles of land together with all appurtenances.
