We the undersigned standing Commissioned for the settlement Executors Admnrs 
and Guardians Accounts in and for the County of Spencer being called upon by 
Nicholas Thurman Silas and William Thurman Admnrs of the Estate of Baze 
Thurman to state and settle their accounts of the administration of Dec d do 
report that we have  performed that duty submit the foregoing as the 
settlements as made by us all which is respectfully submitted to the Spencer 
County Court.  Given under our hands this 31st Day of March 1841.

At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 3rd day of May 1841.  This settlement of the 
accounts of the administrators of the Estate of Baze Thurman Dec'd which was returned by the 
Commissioners at the last court was this day taken up and no one ... having been taken to or filed 
against said settlement by any person interested in said estate nor by the administrators and the same 
having been examined and approved of the Court is ordered to be recorded.    Attests Ralph Lancaster
