19 Nov 1840  Spencer Co. Deed Book G p. 435  Elijah WIGGINTON and Ann WIGGINTON his wife of the 
County of Spencer and State of Kentucky of the one part to William WIGGINTON of the County and 
State aforesaid ... that for and in Consideration of the Sum of nineteen hundred and twenty Dollars to 
give grant and convey a certain tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in Spencer County on the 
waters of Grays run  bounded by the line of Thomas WEST and SHARP’S line.
