Kentucky of the one part to Elijah WIGGINTON of the County and State aforesaid... for and in 
Consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred Dollars to him in hand paid hath given granted bargained and 
Sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Spencer on the waters of 
Simpsons Creek adjoining Sp---  HOLMES, and the Corner of HADDOX and COX and JEWEL
