4 Jan 1847  Spencer Co. Deed Book G p.  476  Elijah WIGGINTON and Ann his wife of the County of 
Spencer and State of Kentucky of the one part to Payton H. WIGGINTON of the other part that for and 
in Consideration of the Sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars to them in hand paid have given granted bargained 
and sold a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Spencer and State of 
Kentucky bounded as follows.... Beginning at a Stone in HARRISON’s line ... to a stone in the edge of the 
road leading to Fairfield from the mouth of Simpsons Creek...  with BOYLE’s line.
