20 Aug 1825 Spencer Co. Deed Book A p. 209  Elijah WIGGINTON and Ann his wife of the County of 
Spencer and state of Kentucky to Jeremiah WEAVER of the same county of the other part that for and in 
consideration of the sum of ten dollars current money to them in hand paid have given granted bargained 
and sold a certain parcel of ground containing three acres more or less on gray run, waters of Simpsons 
Creek in Spencer County bounded by James JONES.
