Spencer Co. KY Deed Book B p. 59  JAMES JONES and ELIZABETH JONES his wife of Spencer County 
and State of Kentucky of the one part to ELIJAH  WIGGINTON of the same County and State of the 
other part.... for and in consideration of six hundred and ninety dollars for Eighty three and three quarter 
acres of land bounded by the Butment of Weaver’s Mill Dam... to BEALL and SHARP’s line on a branch of 
Grays Run.
