Stephen M. BEARD Guard of Mary E. KING, James B. KING and Abner J. KING Orphans
of Thompson W. KING Decd and Heirs at Law of James M. BEARD Decd makes the
following report to the Spencer County Court of sd Orphans Estate ___
Recd from Wm. W. SWEARINGEN on the 2nd day of April 1847 $827.34
One tract of land in Nelson County now under rent at $120 per annum number of
acres not recollected
One negro girl named SIMICA
One do do named ELIZA
3/5 of one Eighth of 502 acres 2 R 22 poles of land
do do of 205 do 2 R 18 poles of do ____ tract
do do of 84 acres of land
do do of 164 acres of do in Bullitt County
3/5 of Negro man slave named MERRITT
3/5 of $456.25 due from James M. BEARDS Heirs on the Division of the slaves
One Negro woman slave named ENCHRED & her three children
Stephen M. BEARD Guardian

At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 3rd day of July 1848. 
This Inventory of the Estate of Thompson W. KINGS Heirs _____ by their Guardian
Stephen M. BEARD was returned and ordered to be recorded
