    In the name of God, Amen.  I Christopher Patterson, of Spencer County, KY,
being of sound mind and disposing memory do now make and publish this my
last will and testament; hereby revoking all or any former wills by me
made.  First.  I will that my just debts be paid as soon as convenient. 
Second.  I will that all my real estate be sold and converted into cash,
and empower my executor to sell same publicly or privately as he may deem
best and to make deeds to and convey same.  I will that said exe utor will
as speedily as possible convent all mynotes, evidences of debt and personal
property into cash.  Third.  I will that all my estate, after the payment
of debts and costs, shall be equally divided among my brothers and sisters
or their heirs, as provided by law.  D. H. Patterson and Pauline Patterson
his wife shall take their distributable share, their interest not being
effected by a deed by me....full power to convey any or all of my property
as heretofore provided.  In testimony whereof witness my hand this 10th day
of April 1900.  Christopher Patterson
