I Adam Snider being weak in Strenghth and body but strong in mind and of disposing memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament Towit 1st That all my just debts be paid and my body decently intured 2nd That is is my will that my following children namely Cornelius Snider have out of my Estate two Dollars Meargaret Goodwin formerly Meargaret Snider have two dollars Meary Catherine Runnells formerly Snider have two Dollars Charlotte Stewart formerly Snider have two Dollars also that Thomas Stewart husband of said Charlotte have the place he now lives on two years rent free if he may chose to live on the same. It is further my will that my three Sons, George William Christopher and Soloman Snider have all the balance of my estate both real and personal to be equally divided among them after Soloman becomes of age. And it is further my Will that my Said three Sons Shall Support their mother in a genteel manner during her natural life and to give her a decent burial and in the event of a falure on their part to support their said mother she shall be entitled to one third part of my Estate. In testimony whereof I have hereunto sset my hand naad seal the 5th July 1836. Signed sealed and Delivered Adam Snider {seal} in presence of H.S. Minor Adam Builderback By way of codicil I do hereby appoint my son Cornelius Snider Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and nullifying all former wills by me made. At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 5th day of September 1836. This writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Adam Snider Decd was proven by the oaths of Henry S Minor and Adam Builderback Subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Cornelius Snider the Executor therein named who made oath thereto and together with Edward W Coombs his Security entered into and acknowledged a Bond in the penalty of $500?
