Submitted by Debbie Dicken Eva Caulk, 49, Lexington, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of Poley Beck, Campbellsville, and the late Mary Elizabeth Kidwell Beck, was born May 2, 1944, in Taylor County and died at 4:38 p.m., Monday, Aug. 9, 1993, in Lexington after an illness. She was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Besides her father, Caulk is survived by two daughters, Mary Russell Caulk of Campbellsville and Sue Minton Colvin of Richmond; one granddaughter, Sara Minton Colvin of Richmond; and two brothers and three sisters, Jack Beck, Glen Beck, Betty Sullivan, Aileen Lemmon and Shirley Agee, all of Campbellsville. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Betsy Caulk, and one sister, Margaret Beck. Funeral was at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 12 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Dr. James E. Jones. Burial was in Phillips Cemetery. Pallbearers were Brad Sullivan, Bill Sullivan, Randall Phillips, Dana Taylor, Vic Russell and Vic Parlanti.
