Lawrence E. Cave, 77, a retired farmer of Snow Lane, Campbellsville, died 
Friday, Feb. 19, 1999, in Campbellsville. Son of the late Thomas Bernard Cave 
and Bertha Wade Cave, he was born in Taylor County, Ky., on March 31, 1921, 
and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church. He is survived by four 
daughters and four sons: Phyllis Cox, Hilda Gabehart, Susie Dudley, Sandy 
Anderson, Bernie Cave, Marshall Cave and Keith Cave, all of Campbellsville, 
and Greg Cave of Glasgow; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two 
sisters and one brother, Dorothy Durham of Campbellsville, Lula Maupin of 
Bowling Green, and Hershel Cave of Louisville. He was also preceded in death 
by one son, Garry Cave on May 2, 1986; and one sister and five brothers; 
Catherine Milby, Bill Cave, Bob Cave, Omer Cave, Arvin Cave and Paul Cave.
