Submitted by Debbie Dicken Alvin D. Milby, 68, of Sullivan, Missouri, formerly of Campbellsville, died at 8:10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7 [1984], at Sullivan Nursing Home in Sullivan. He is survived by two sons: Paul Milby of Beauta, Ill., and Bobby Milby of Alaska; for sisters: Mrs. Wesley (Ollie) Brown of Campbellsville; Mrs. Ted (Sue) Skaggs of Louisville; Anna Copeland of Robertsville, Missouri; and Pauline Smith of Lebanon Junction, Ky.; several other relatives and many friends. Funeral was at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by the Rev. George R. Gaddie. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery.
