Wayne of the County of Taylor and State of Kentucky being now in my usual disposing mind and memory and fully understanding what I am doing and what I want done with my property at my death, I do now and herein make this as my last will and testament as follows, viz: Item 1st - I will at my death that all my just debts, should I owe any, be paid. I owe no debts now but might before I die get in debt to someone. Item 2nd - I will and devise to my daughter Willie all the Parlor Furniture and Bric-a-Brac contained in said Parlor now and in which is a Bed, bedstead and bedding in fact all that is newer may be in the parlor which I also will include a new set of chairs and one Rocking chair and the little clock which are to be hers individually, except that the Pictures in the Parlor I want my two daughters Willie Wayne and Della Hubbard to divide between them and they both to have jointly all said pictures. And as my third item in this Will I give to my daughter Della Hubbard the Bureau in my room and the contents of the drawers to said bureau I will that both of my daughters shall have jointly between them. Item 4th - I will that my nicest bed clothes that is not on the bed that I have given to Willie to be equally divided between my said two daughters, Willie Wayne and Della Hubbard. I want whoever takes Wilie at my death to have full control over Willie's land with power to sell and dispose of it or rent it out for her to be the very best interest of my said daughter Willie, and if she sells her land or if whoever she lives with sells same I want the money it brings put out at interest so that at all times Willie will have enough to support her on without being a burden to anyone. I have a Lounge in my room that I will to my daughter Willie with all the bed and bedding that go with it. Then after these bequests to Willie and Della shall have been made then I want all the rest of my property of every kind of every description both real, personal and mixed property to be sold to the highest and best biddler in such time and terms as my Executor or executors may think best, and all of said property converted into money, and then equally divided between all of my children and heirs at law Share and Share alike, to Willie and Della also same as they had not received any specific devised herein All of my nicest Cupboard (dishes) I want Willie and Della to divide between them then the common tableware and dishes to be sold with the rest of my property. The land when Sold by executor or executors to the purchasers a deed of General Warranty to my land Same as if I was living and Conveyed same my self. Kerr State of Kentucky} Taylor County} Sct At a regular Term of the Taylor County Court Commenced and held for Taylor County at the Court-house in Campbellsville on Monday the 4th day of January 1909 the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Permelia V. Wayne, deceased, was produced into Court and proven by the oaths of C. W. Wright and J. W. Kerr, the two Subsribing witnesses thereto, and the County after hearing the proof Concerning said instrument out of writing established the same as the last wil Will and Testament of Permelia V.
