Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Revs. Don Scott and Garner Smith officiating. Burial will be in East End Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 this afternoon. A native of Trigg County, she was born Nov. 16, 1934, the daughter of the late Sheffer and Myrtle Creamer Bridges. She was retired from the Elk-Brand Manufacturing Co. with 28 years service as a supervisor. She was a member of Julien Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, John H. Herndon; two sons, John W. Herndon, Cadiz, Steve Herndon, Newberry, Fla.; two daughters, Debbie Francis, Cadiz, Teresa Shelton, Crofton; two brothers, John L. Bridges, Wyandotte, Mich., Joel R. Bridges, Newberry, Fla.; two sisters, Thelma Calhoun, Cadiz, Nancy Chisenhall, Clarksville, Tenn.; and seven grandchildren. Submitter: Gregory W.
