Farley, Amelia E. Stone, James A. Stone, Nora Vanhook, Joseph C. Vanhook Grantee: Samuel D. Farley This indenture made and entered into this 16th day of March 1895 by and between Mary Jane Farley1 William F. Farley2, Amelia E. Stone3, James A. Stone her husband, Nora Vanhook4, and Joseph Vanhook her husband of the first part, And S.D. Farley of the second part, all of Trimble County Kentucky. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty five dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is acknowledged by said first parties they the said Mary J Farley, William F Farley, Amelia E Stone, James A Stone, Nora Vanhook, and Joseph Vanhook, have and by their presents do grant sell alien and convey unto him the said S.D. Farley his heirs or assignes all their undivided Right, title interest and claim of every title now or here after in and to the following tract or parcel of land lying and being in Trimble County Kentucky on the waters of Barebone creek and bounded by the lands of C.S. Bare on the east, L. Buchannan5 on the south, William Farley6 on the west, James Farley7 & Mary Adams8 on the north, and contains 34 1/2 acres on one piece 5 1/2 acres in the other and being the same lands owned by Joseph H Farley at the time of his death. The said Mary Jane Farley his widow conveys all her dower right or right of homestead therein and the said Wm Farley, A.E. Stone, and Nora Vanhook children of said decedent each convey all their right therein being one sixth each, including their interest in their mothers dower therein, thereby making this a fee simple title to said land, to the extent of their interest therein, to have and to hold the same with all its appurtenance unto him the said S.D. Farley his heirs or assignes forever, with the covenant of general warrenty. In witness whereof all of the said parties of the first part have hereunto signed their names date first herein written.
