Farley, Amanda Farley Grantee: W.F. Peak, H.D. Peak This deed of conveyance made and entered into this 13th day of February 1909 between S.D. Farley and Amanda Farley his wife Post office Bedford Ky. RFD # 1 party of the first, and W.F. Peak and H.D. peak of Bedford Trimble County Ky. party of the second part. Witnesseth that said party of the first for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the first parties do hereby sell and convey to the party of the second part their heirs and assigns the following described property to wit. Being five sixths undivided interest in the following lands lying and being in Trimble County Ky. on the waters of Barebone creek and bounded by the lands of C.S. Bare on the East, by L Buchannan on the South, William Farley on the West, James Farley and Mary Adams on the North, and contains 34 1/2 acres in one piece 5 1/2 acres in the other and being the same lands conveyed to said S.D. Farley by deed June 26 1886, and recorded in deed book N page 18. Also by deed dated 16 day of March 1895 and recorded in deed book P page 494 in Trimble County Court clerks office. The other one sixth undivided interest belonging to and being the interest of Lilah Buchannan an infant. Said S.D. Farley is to have the privilege of using the box dwelling house on the hill and the _____ wire around the ______ pasture. To have and to hold the same together with all the appurtenance thereto belonging unto the party of the second part their heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the first part hereby covenant with the said party of the second part that they will warrant the title to the property hereby conveyed unto the said party of the second part their heirs and assigns forever.
