Wooden all moneys and other property that may be in his hands belonging to me or coming to me from the estate of my deceased father Frederick Crafton late of the County of Lunenburgh County and State of Virginia and to receipt for the same for me and in my name and I further authorize my said attorney for me and in my name to sell and dispose of all of the estate both real and personal that may coming to me or in any mean(?) belonging to me in the aforesaid County of Lunenburg and State of Virginia giving to my said attorney full power to sell said property for cash price or (?) as to him may seem fit and to make such conveyances either by general warranter deed or such other conveyance as he may think proper and fit hearby notifying all the acts of may said attorney as though I were present doing a nd confirming the same in my own proper person.
