Deed: Gillum: Trimble Co: 1841 Submitted by: Joy Mack Email: cmuck@seidata.com DEED BOOK A pg. 424 Trimble County Courthouse Bedford, Kentucky Grantor: Charles Gillum Grantee: Talbott Gillum Know all men by these presents that I Charles Gillum have this day bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto Talbott Gillum the following property for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and for the further consideration hereinafter mentioned to wit: one cupboard and furniture, one clock, one rifle gun, two beds, one black colt, one stack of oats, one lot of corn supposed to be six barrells, one coffe boiler, one bucket, one coffe mill, one breakfast table, one womans saddle, one lot of carpenters tools, the condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said Talbott Gillum is the security in a note given by the said Charles Gillum to George Ray for the sum of $60 or thereabouts Now if the said Charles Gillum shall well and truly pay the said sum of money and keep the said Talbott Gillum harmless then this obligation or mortgage to cease and be void else to remain in full force and virtue.
