Perkinson This Indenture made and entered Into this 24th day of April 1858 Between Jefferson Toombs & Melvina Toombs his wife of the first part and Joseph D. Perkinson of the second part both of the County of Trimble & State of Kentucky Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred dollars to be paid on the first day of September 1859 for which Sum the party of the first part bearing even date with this Deed have Sold and by these presents Does grant Bargain & Sell unto the said Joseph D. Perkinson the following tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Trimble & State of Kentucky & on the waters of Corn Creek & bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a blue ash and said being in John Roberts original line of his 10000 acre survey then with his line S 14 E 206 poles to a beech buckeye & Sugartree thence S 84 E 120 poles to a beech & white walnut thence N 14 W to a stone in a branch thence with Said Branch binding thence to a hickory and Elm & Sugar tree thence S 76 W 28 poles to the beginning containing by estimation one hundred and twenty five acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the above described tract or parcel of land with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Joseph D. Perkinson & his heirs forever and the s'd Jefferson Toombs hereby warrants for himself and for his heirs the title to the above described primeses to the Sd Joesph D. Perkinson against the claim or claims of all and every person lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
