It is my will and design that after all my Just debts and funeral expenses are paid that my Grandson Thomas Calvin O Bain have Sixty Dollars for his use and benefit forever. 2nd It is my will and desire that my negro woman May be Set free and that she enjoy all the privileages of a free person agreeable to the laws of the State. 3rd It is my will and desire that the balance of my estate be equally divided between my Daughter Elvira Bain and my son Archibald Bain and lastly I do appoint my son Archibald Bain Executor to this my last will and testament hereby revokeing all other or former wills by me made.
