I Linsey Bain of the County of Trimble and State of Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and ordain this as my last will and testament. First, It is my will that all of my Just debts and funeral expenses be paid. It is my will that after the payment of my debts funeral expenses are paid that my wife Sidney Bain have one third part of all my estate both real and personal. Secondly, I will to my daughter Hannah Toombs five hundred dollars and no more which she has already recieved by the sale of a negro woman. 3rd I will to my two grandsons George Bain and Albert Bain sons of my son George Bain Dec'd twenty five dollars each. I will to my daughter Sarah Ann Bain two Dollars and no more And it is my will the balance of my estate not therefore willed be equally divided among my following children viz. Virginia Bain, Louisa Tombs, Malvina Tombs, Mary Elizabeth Bain, Susan Bain, Thomas Bain, and Margaret Ellen Bain. If any of my daughters should die without any children It is my will that their portion of my estate revert back to my children who are a live. It is also my will that the property willed my daughters shall not be taken from them for any debts contracted by their husbands. Lastly, I appoint my wife Sidney Bain executrix of this my last will and testament giving her full power and authority if she should see proper to select some other person to qualify with her.
