Gillum of Milton Trimble County Kentucky being of sound mind and memory and aware of the uncertainty of life do hereby make this my last will and Testament in Manner as follows Viz: It is my request the property I own in the Town of Milton Ky. Viz: Stavle and Lot in the Kingston addition of the Town of Milton in Block No 1 and an unfinish house and lot (can not tell what this word is, is not 'located') on the old Bedford road in said Town of Milton bought of Samuel and Walker Morris be used or rented for the benefit of my daughters Belle Carrie and Florence the proceeds from said property to be for the use of said Daughters as long as they remain unmarried. It is my request that my Husband E. D. Gillum Collect all the rents for the above mentioned property and divide the proceeds equally between the said three Daughters also to rent the above property as advantageously as possible also to see that said Daughters use their money judicialy It is my will that should my said daughters marry or desire to cease living together as one family that said Lot and Stoke and said house and Lot be soled in the best terms and the proceeds of said sale be equally divided amongst all of my children James P Lucy A Edmonia Bettie Morton Granvile Alice Belle Lee Mary Carrie and Florence Gillum It is my request that as I have willed all my property to my children and they are to have the benefit of all of said property it is my earnest request that if misfortunes should over take their Father that he should not be able to make a comfortable support that they the said Children will aid him to the best of their ability In Testimony where of I have here unto subscribed my name this 11th day of Febuary 1887 her Emily A.
