Having been duly sworn do certify that the forgoing inventory contains a true & perfect list of all the property produced to us by W.R. Morgan his administrator and that the valuation was truly & justly made to the best of our judgement given under our hands this 22 Dec 1876. Appraisers I do certify that the forgoing inventory contains a true and perfect list of all the property of B.R. Perkinson dead which has come to my hands. Given under my hand this 22 Dec 1876. W.R. Given under my hand this 22 day of Dec 1876. W.R. Morgan Administrator I would further report that on the 12 day March 1877 I sold the note claimed by J.D. Perkinson at public auction at Bedford. G.W. Peak being the highest bidder became the purchaser of said note at the price of 58.50. which added to the amount of sales 129.30. Making total sales 182.80. W.R.
