Will of Granville Ward 1880

I Granville Ward of Trimble County, State of Kentucky, being of sound mind 
and aware of the uncertainity of life, do hereby make this my last will and 
testament  To Wit: I give and bequath to my wife Amelia Ward, all of my 
property both real and personal she to have full control of all of said 
property; She to pay all debts, that are or may accure against me,
It is my desire that my wife retain my farm if it is to interest if not, 
then to sell it or exchange it for another farm or home for her use, I 
desire desire that if my wife should outline all of her children at her 
death what may remain of my estate to be equally divided amongst the heirs 
of my children by my first wife.
In Testimony where of I have this day subscribed my name this 21st day of 
February 1880

Trimble County Court January Term 1882
A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Granville Ward 
Dec'd was produced in open Court and proven by the oath of J. R. Barclay and
 Joseph Hughes subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and 
testament of said decedent and the same was ordered to be recorded as such 
which is done.   Given under my hand this 10th day of January 1882.
