Delany Source: Union County, Kentucky, Will Book A, Page 282 I wish brother George W. Delany to pay for me Ten dollars of the debt I owe to Bishop which shall be a full discharge of my account on him for medicine & attendance on his family. I wish my brother Willis F. Delany to pay the same sum on the same debt in full of his account for the same. The debt I owe to Bishop is Fifty Dollars. Wm Stone owes me a small account. I want him to credit that debt with it. I owe Mr. John Higgins I think four dollars and Eighty Seven an half cents. I owe to ??? Richards of Morganfield three dollars sixty two an half cents. I shall have to pay to Grinsteade (?) Estate Ten dollars twenty five cents - which is all that I owe, that I now recollect of. My brother Joseph R. Delany account with me is satisfied. My brother Henry F. Delany account with me is satisfied. John Bishop account with me is also satisfied & given up to him. I give my brother Henry F. Delany my little pocket testament as a token of my love. If there should be any surplus left after the payment of my debt I wish my Executor to pay to my brother Henry F. Delany and take his receipt, and for him to pay it to my sister Bishop at his discretion. The above statement is correct and I wish to be taken as my last will and testament which is a revocation of all others and appoint my brothers Joseph R. Delany & George W. Delany my Executors or either of them should either of them choose not to act & not be bound to give security.
