LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MRS. LILLIE HAGAN Being of sound mind and disposing memory and wishing to make preparation for the disposal of my property at my decease, I hereby will and dispose the as follows: I. I wish all my just debts paid. II. My interest in the 150 acres owned by me and my late husband, W.H. Hagan, I will and bequeath to Pernie Shreve and her husband, Lionel Shreve, for and during their natural lives, then said property is to belong to and become the property of William Shreve, Bennie Shreve and Dickie Shreve, children of said Pernie and Lionel Shreve. III. Whatever livestock, equipment, farming implements, household and kitchen furniture that I may own and possess at the time of my death, I will and bequeath, jointly and equally, to said Pernie Shreve and Lionel Shreve, her husband, and, if there is any portion of same undisposed of at the time of their death, then same is to become the property of their children. IV. All mt other personal property of whatever nature and kind of which I may be possessed or own at the time of my death, I will and bequeath, jointly and equally, to my two brothers, Bailey and Caleb Hazel, and my niece, Thelma Wren, to be theirs absolutely. V. I hereby nominate and name Lionel Shreve to be Executor of my estate and to carry into the force and effect the terms of this will. WITNESS my hand this 17th day of June, 1949.
