Masonic Lodge, Bowling Green Chapter, Elk's Lodge #320, memer of Board of 
Big Brothers; member at large Bowling Green Lions Club and Kiwanis Club; 
member Bowling Green County Club, Kentucky Colonel and WW II Army veteran.
Son of: Phineas Burgess Carroll and Agnes Edith Bellerby Carroll, decd.
Widower of: Kate Whallen Carroll.
Survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services: 2 pm Saturday, 4 Sept 1999, church, burial Fairview Cemetery.
