Episcopal Church, past president of the Kiwanis Club and Kiwanian of the Year
1995-86, honored as a George F. Hixson Fellow in 1999, longtime benefactor and
permanent director of the War Memorial Boys and Girls Club.
Survivors:
Wife: Eunice Mabel Fields Stephens
Daughter: Sarah Stephens Church of Montgomery, AL
Son: Thomas Blackburn Stephens, Bowling Green
4 grandchildren.
Services: 10 am Monday, 15 January 2001, church, burial Evergreen Cemetery, Park
City, KY. Hardy and Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, in charge of
arrangements.
