My will and desire is that the heirs of Riley Truett shall have one hundred dollars to be paid out of money arising from the sale of my property items. I will and bequeath to my son, Jesse M. Andrew, my negro boy called Henry which he is to have at my death with the two hundred and sixteen acres of land that I have deed to him. I also will and bequeath to my daughter, Salley Deatherage, thirty dollars with the eighty two acres of land that I have deeded to James Deatherage, her husband, with all other property that I have given to her at different times. I also will and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Hackney, thirty dollars with eighty two acres of land that I have deeded to David Hackney, her husband, with all other property that I have given her at different times. Item, my will and desire is that after all my Just debts are paid that my wife, Catharine Andrew, shall have all the remaining part of my estate, the same to be at her own disposal. Lastly I apoint Nathaniel King and James Shannon Executors to this will. Witness my hand and seal this the 28th day of July 1829. This last will and testament of Mark Andrew dec'd was produced in Court and proved by the oaths of Samuel & John King the subscribing Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded which is accordingly done. Mark Andrew and Catharine Truett were married 13 Apr 1818 in Warren co. KY. She was the widow of Riley Truett. Riley and Catharine had four children, unnamed in this will or in Riley Truett's will.
