WILL OF JOSEPH H. HENDRICK - Warren Co., Ky, Will Book 5, Page 478
 
I, Joseph H. Hendrick of Warren County, Kentucky, being of sound 
mind, and wishing to make the proper disposition of my estate do 
make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking 
any and all wills.

1st.  I desire that after all burial expenses are paid, that the 
remainder of my estate go to Sarah T. Hendrick (my daughter) for 
taking care of me during the latter part of my life.

Witness my hand in Warren County, Ky., this June 9, 1905.

The foregoing will of Jos. H. Hendrick was produced in open Court 
this day and offered for probate, and proved by the oaths of S. E. 
Hendrick and J. A. Hendrick, the two subscribing witnesses and 
ordered to be recorded, which is done accordingly.
