12 Nov 1805 Washington Co. Deed Book C p. 216 JONAH BERRYMAN, FRANCIS BERRYMAN, WILLIAM 
MONROE and JERRARD BERRYMAN, representatives of his son JOSIAH BERRYMAN all of the state of 
Kentucky to JACOB BEAM of Washington County of the other part .  Witnesseth that the said 
JOSIAH FRANCIS WILLIAM and GERRARD representatives of his son aforesaid Confirm unto the 
said JACOB BEAM his heirs and assigns forever a Certain tract or parcel of land containing 
26 acres for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds Kentucky Currency to them in 
hand paid... situate lying and being in the said County of Washington on the Waters of 
Pottingers Creek east of the nob lick adjoining on the south side of JACOB MYERS  eight 
hundred acre survey and opposite AUGUSTIN CISSELL’s house being part  of WILLIAM PIPERS 
three thousand six hundred and sixty acre Survey bounded by the said CISSELLS spring...

Nelson County, FRANCIS BERRYMAN of Bullitt County and WILLIAM MONROE of Scott County of the one 
part to AUGUSTINE CISSELL of Washington County, all of the state of Kentucky... that for and in 
consideration of the sum of Sixty Six dollars and twenty five cents in hand paid doth Grant bargain and 
sell to the said AUGUSTIN CISSELL a certain tract or parcel of Land being part of WILLIS PIPERS survey 
of 3663 acres containing twenty six acres and a half  and bounded by PIPERS line... to the intersection 
of CHARLES EWINGS survey.

adjoining the said PIKES one hundred and 3 acre survey containing eighteen acres  on 
Pottingers Creek being part of WILLIAM PIPERS 3663 acre Survey.  Witnessed by same and 
recorded the same day as the previous deed.
