his Indenture made this 18 July 1816 between JOSEPH STALLINGS and ELIZABETH his wife 
of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky of the one part and DURHAM BRUNTS of 
the County and state aforesaid of the other part... that for and in consideration of the sum of 
twelve hundred and ninety dollars to them in hand paid do sell alien release and confirm a 
Certain Tract or Parcel of land lying and being in the County of Washington on the waters of 
Pleasant Run Containing two hundred  acresa and bounded by SANDUSKYS SW Corner.

of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid have given granted bargained 
and sold a certain tract or parcel of land Containing fifty acres situate lying and 
being in the County aforesaid on the waters of Cartwrights Creek...

the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid have granted bargained annd sold 
one parcel of land Conveyed by the Register to CHARLES EWING and CLEMENT RINEY lying 
and being in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Shepherds Run and bounded 
by THOMAS MEDLEYS line..

between Hardins Creek and Short Creek including the  place whereon the said SIMPSON 
now lives being the south East part of JAMES NALLS five hundred acre Survey and 
bounded by a corner of JOHN B. CAMERONS land,

Washington County on the waters of Cartrights Creek being a part of the 999 and a 
fourth acres sold by the register for the Tax and interest thereof as the property of 
JOHN LEOPOLD/LEOPOTT and purchased by CLEMENT RINEY and CHARLES EWING which land was 
listed with the auditor as entered Surveyed and patented to PETER SHEPHERD the above 
100 acres being part of the above mentioned tract of land and bounded by RINEYS 
lott... the said WILLIAM CAMBRON and REBECKAH his wife do further Covenant and agree 
to and with the said CALEB and ANN MATTINGLY the heirs of JAMES MATTINGLY dec’d to 
warrant and defend the land forever...

consideration of the Sum Fifty dollars to him in hand paid have granted bargained and 
sold a certain Tract or parcel of Land Containing one hundred and ninety eight acres 
Situate lying and being in the County of Washington on the south side of the beech 
fork being the West end of JAMES NALLS 500 acre Survey including the plantation 
whereon the said JOSEPH CAMBRON now lives... bounded by the Bank of the Beechfork.
