Deed Book C p. 244 7 Oct 1806 CHARLES EWING and CLEMENT RINEY of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky of the one part to WILLIAM CAMBRON of the County and state aforesaid... Whereas the said EWING and RINEY purchased at the register sale at Frankfort nine hundred and ninety nine and a fourth acres of land lying on the waters of Cartrights Creek sold as the property of JOHN LEOPOLD for the tax and interest due thereon to the Commonwealth of Kentucky which land was listed with the auditor as entered Surveyed and Patented to PETER SHEPHERD and received of the register a Deed for the said land bearing date 7 Dec 1805, Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said EWING & RINEY for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to them in hand paid by the said WILLIAM CAMBRON do grant bargain and sell unto the said WILLIAM CAMBRON a certain part and parcel of the sd. land which was by agreement to have been a moiety but for certain reasons appearing to the said RINEY and CAMBRON on a division who are now the sole owners of the said land under the purchase aforesaid there was allotted to the said CAMBRON 550 acres for his share and which is the land now to be conveyed as part of the 999 1/4 acres conveyed by the register aforesaid and bounded by the bottom of Shepherd’s Run and a sugartree the division corner between the said RINEY and CAMBRON. KY Deed Book C p. 357 15 Oct 1808 BASIL CAMRON and LUCY his wife of Washington County and State of Kentucky to ABRAHAM McELROY of the County and state aforesaid... that for and in Consideration of the sum of sixty pound to them in hand paid have bargained and sold a Certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid on a branch of Cartwrights Creek called Soverns Run it being part of PHILEMON WATERS survey... bordering GREENS line... containing sixty acres of land. KY Deed Book D p. 391 WILLIAM CAMBRON and REBECKAH his wife of the County of Washington and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and ROSWELL BOARMAN of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas on the nineteenth day of December 1812 the said WILLIAM CAMBRON and REBECKAH his wife did sell to the said ROSWELL BOARMAN a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Washington on the waters of Shepherds Run, which land was conveyed by the Register of the land office to CHARLES EWING and CLEMENT RINEY and the same bounded by THOMAS MEDLEYS line containing one hundred Acres be the same more or less and said conveyance was made 19 Dec 1812 it being part of a tract or parcel of the claim or claims of the heirs of PETER SHEPHERD deceased. JOHN LEOPOLD and his heirs, PETER DEFENDEFFOR and his heirs or any power claiming by from or through them... the said CAMBRON warrants and defends the lands from and against the claims or claims of them the said PETER SHEPHERDS heirs, PETER DEFFENDER and his heirs or JOHN LEOPOLD and his heirs...
