ROBERT PEAK and BETSEY his wife of the County of Washington to WILLIAM PIKE of the said 
County of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said ROBERT PEAK and BETSEY his wife for and 
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy two dollars to them in hand paid do 
grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of land containing eighty six acres of land 
be the same more or less being part of KING and DOZIER’S survey situate in the said County 
on the waters of Hardins Creek including the place whereon the said PIKE now lives and 
bounded by CASTERS old corner near the said PIKE’S fence... to a dead white oak in MYERS 
line.

Know all men by these presents that ROBERT PEAK and THOMAS ELLIOTT both of the County of 
Washington, State of Kentucky are held firmly bound unto JACOB DOOM, JOHN DOOM, DAVID DOOM, 
HENRY DOOM, HANNAH MASON, formerly HANNAH DOOM, DELILAH HERRALD, formerly DELILAH DOOM, 
BENJAMIN DOOM, EASTER DOOM, EDMOND (?) DOOM and SARAH LONG formerly SARAH --INES being heirs 
and representatives of JACOB DOOM Deceased in the sum of  one thousand Dollars... the 
Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas a law past in the year 1806 
authorizing the County Court of  Washington  to appoint Commissioners to lay off two acres 
of land bounded by the mouth of Martin’s Creek... to a erect a warehouse in Obedience to a 
prior order from the court aforesaid the said PEAK & ELLIOTT to erect said warehouse 
according to Law and the above obligation will be  Void.

of the County of Jessamine and State of Kentucky of the one part to JAMES BROWNING of the 
County of Fayette and State aforesaid of the other part ... that for and in consideration of 
Twelve Hundred Dollars in hand paid hath granted and sold unto JAMES BROWNING one tract or 
parcel of Land in the County of Washington and State of Kentucky containing Two hundred 
Acres bounded by ELIZABETH GAGERS (?) Corner on the Beach fork of Salt River.
