Witnesseth that the said ROBERT PEAK and BETSEY his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy two dollars to them in hand paid do grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of land containing eighty six acres of land be the same more or less being part of KING and DOZIER’S survey situate in the said County on the waters of Hardins Creek including the place whereon the said PIKE now lives and bounded by CASTERS old corner near the said PIKE’S fence... to a dead white oak in MYERS line.
