20 Feb 1807 ISAAC PEARCE of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky to ANTHONY 
KITCHEN of same... that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and thirteen 
Dollars and a half to him in hand paid does give grant bargain and sell a certain tract or 
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid on the waters of Pleasant Run 
it being part of an entry and survey in the name of JACOB NEWLAND adjoining the land of 
WILSONS heirs on the north, JOHN SPRINGERS on the west, JOHN SILVERS on the South and 
AUSTIN THOMPSONS on the East.

State of Kentucky of the one part to TRAVIS COPPAGE of the other part... that for and in 
Consideration of the sum of Sixty Dollars to them in hand paid have granted bargained and 
sold a Certain tract or parcel of land Containing by estimation one hundred acres lying and 
being apart of an 843 acre survey entered and surveyed in the name of PETER PENNEBAKER where 
the aforesaid COPPAGE now lives and bounded by SHEPHERDS corner.
