9 Jan 1822--- Deed Book G page 356 Mahlon Gudgel and Charlotte Snodgrass Gudgel
John Stucker and Margaret Snodgrass Stucker of Jefferson County, Indiana 
appoint Hugh Snodgrass of the county a state aforesaid our true and lawful 
attorney to sell parcel of land in Washington County, Kentucky-74 acres- on 
the Chaplain Fork of Salt River bounded on the south by a tract of land sold 
by Hugh Snodgrass to on Jacob Martion? on the north by a tract of land owned 
by Jonathon Kinsey on the east side by said Chaplin Fork of Salt river and on 
the west by a tract of land that was conveyed to the said Charlotte and 
Margaret previous to their intermarriage to Malon Gudgel and the said John 
Stucker by one Anthony Hundley
