HARRODSBURG -- Ellen Frances Drury, 60, of Talmage-Mayo Road died Friday at
St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
Born April 26, 1942, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late
Charlie and Cora Lamb Moore.
Survivors include her husband, Richard D. Drury; a daughter, Becky D. Jones
of Frankfort; three sons, Gary Drury of Washington County and Richard and
Christopher Drury, both of Harrodsburg; three brothers, William Moore of
Lawrenceburg and Kenneth and Robert Moore, both of Harrodsburg; three
sisters, Ruby Cox of Lebanon and Anna Blackwell and Barbara Sayre, both of
Lawrenceburg; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son,
David W. Drury.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lester Tirey
and Terry Cooper. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Moore, Larry Croach, Lee Sayre, Allen Wilkins,
Danny and Josh Jones, and Chris Drury. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth,
William and Robert Moore.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. today and before the service Tuesday.
