Born July 15, 1919, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late T.K. and Rebecca Montgomery Smith. She was a homemaker and member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She was a graduate of St. Catherine's Academy and attended St. Catharine College. Survivors include her husband, Edward F. Rowzee Jr; two daughters, Mary Francis Faulkner and Becky Sneed, both of Danville; two sons, Edward F. Rowzee III of Plainfield, Ill., and William D. Rowzee of San Leandro, Calif.; a sister, Helen L. Clark of Centerville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Fenster Rowzee. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church by the Rev. Lynh Nguyen. Burial will be in St. Dominic Cemetery in Springfield. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Stith Funeral Home.
