She married ANDREW RALPH LOWE October 13, 1833 in Bledsoe County, TN. Andrew was born Abt. 1760 in Maryland (or Germany), and died March 29, 1838 in Bledsoe County, TN. Amy was also married to DAVID NORRIS. AMY EMERINE RANDOLPH is buried at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Wayne Co, Sunnybrook, KY ANDREW RALPH LOWE and his first wife Anna Maria Beckenbach moved from Prince George Co, Maryland to "Pikeville" Tennessee about 1790. Andrew was in his seventies when he married Amy at age 17. Andrew had several children with his first wife Anna. Some of those descendants live in the Crossville, TN area. Amy and Andrew had two children, William David and James S. James died during the Civil War. Amy and David also had children. Since she was abandoned by David, that probably contributed to her decision to raise her children using the Lowe name instead of Norris. AMY EMERINE RANDOLPH was in "divorce court" on July 2,1875. According to her testimony, she was abandoned by David Norris on April 9, 1861. He had entered the service of the United States on or about the 10th day of March 1865. He had informed her that their marriage was null and void and he had not lived with her since. They were divorced in Crossville, TN. Amy, at age 33, and her children are listed in the 1850 census in Bledsoe County, TN. They are listed as living in the same household as a Namis. (This was a misprint because she actually lived with David Norris' sister and her son Patrick.) Amy has many descendants still living in Wayne County.
