D. 1843 between John Catron of the one part, and Jesse Lynch of Wayne County Kentucky of the other part witness them that whereas The Father of said John, Peter Catron, did on the 18th day of August 1838 sell to Jesse Boon all the right and interest he the said Peter Catron then had in and to one hundred acres of land lying in said County of Wayne on Beaver Creek granted to said Peter Catron and Henry Garner of Patent No. 157 dated December 13th 1818 which land begins at the ford of Beaver Creek at an ash, beech, & sugar tree John Stephenson beginning corner thence West with his line S5 E 182 poles to a dogwood, three black oaks, & white ash. S 85 W 105 poles to a White Oak in a hollow, in George Decker’s line with his line N 7® W 47 poles to a black oak, thence North 64 poles to a stake: thence north 60® West 30 poles to a white ash on Beaver Creek; thence north 50® __ the Creek and across to a stake 60 poles to the Beginning. And whereas said Jesse Boon did assign the title bond of Peter Catron to Jesse Lynch who produced the same to John Catron as the Devisee of Peter Catron he said Lynch having paid to Peter Catron Seventy dollars the consideration money promised to be paid by said Boon now to vest the title in said Lynch which Peter Catron had in the above described land on the 18th day of August 1838 and which by the said Will of said Peter Catron was vested in John Catron, he the said John Catron, doth hereby transfer and convey unto Jesse Lynch all the right title and interest he hath and did acquire to the land aforesaid by the Will of Peter Catron, to have and to hold with the said Jesse Lynch and his heirs forever ____ however here from any part of said land previously to the 18th of August 1838 Sold by said Peter Catron to Henry Garner senior or another person; said Peter only having sold his then remaining interest in the premises to Jesse Boon.
